Important: You must use the Jamaica Pass on the date you select from the calendar when making your booking on the website. Your purchase automatically guarantees your seat reservation for the tour bus; and the day you select is the day you have reserved and will use your pass.

Collecting Your Jamaica Pass

We will deliver your Jamaica PASS and guidebook with your tickets to your hotel or anywhere in the Montego Bay region convenient to you. Just select the delivery method to hotel at checkout and include the name and address of your hotel. The pass will be delivered 24 - 48 hours before your tour. You can then pick it up at your hotel's reception desk.

- Please be sure to bring and present the voucher and booking code you received in your email confirmation when you purchased the pass online.
- You may be asked to present your passport or another form of ID to verify your identity.


We understand that things happen and travel plans change. The Jamaica Pass Money Back Guarantee gives you the comfort of knowing you will receive a full refund if your plans change and you cannot use your Jamaica IslandPASS. We will issue a 100% refund on the price of your Jamaica PASS within 14 days of your purchase however, this 14 days must be 10 clear days of your tour date. 

Please note that the Money Back Guarantee is only valid if you purchased the Jamaica Pass on www.myislandpass.com.  Refunds cannot be offered for a Jamaica Pass purchased anywhere else. 

Changes to an existing booking:

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled tours, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

If you wish to change your booking made online, please contact us and notify us as soon as possible at hello@myislandpass.com prior to your scheduled tour dated. A 33% cancellation/admin fee will apply to all changes.
