Terms And Conditions

The Jamaica Pass (JP) is operated and managed by Island Pass Holdings Ltd. Holders of the Jamaica Pass recognizes and accept that by participating in the tours, they  have accepted the trading terms and conditions of the Jamaica Pass (JP) and full terms and conditions is published herewith below.

  1. Whilst JP will have used all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information contained herewith or any other publication is accurate at the time of print. JP shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damages or other inconvenience caused in whole or part by the reliance of such information. The user of the information does so at own risk.

  2. Whilst JP will endeavor to maintain the consistency of the product line-up, participating attractions may be withdrawn at any time. JP will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience connected with the changes in the product line up.   3. Admission to facility is subject to the pass validity. All attractions listed are contractually bounded by JP to offer admission to the pass holder without further payment. This admission is subjected to normal admission criteria and standard tours.

  4. JP will use all reasonable endeavors to facilitate admission or other discounts privileges in accordance with the terms of the Jamaica Pass with all participating attractions. However JP will not be responsible, or liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience, if any attractions does not act in accordance to the terms stated in their contract with JP by unlawfully and with no good cause refusing admission. Pass holders do not have a right to claim for any attractions that are not available during their time of visit.

  5. JP has taken reasonable care to ensure that only reputable attractions are included on the Pass. JP is not liable for any deficiencies of service, quality of product and services, safety standard at any particular facility. All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the attractions concerned.

  6. The Pass may only be used by the card’s signatory. It is nontransferable. No refunds for lost or stolen cards, however a replacement can be offered. If this occurs please send an email hello@myislandpass.com with your order confirmation number. We will then give you the option for delivery at your hotel upon arrival in Jamaica or resend you a package. The card holder will have to cover the shipping or delivery cost along with a nominal replacement fee.

  7. Booking your Jamaica Pass and selecting the date you intend to do the tour will also reserve your transportation/travel arrangements and refreshments for the day. Once your booking goes beyond the 100% refund time period you cannot cancel your commitment for the transportation and it will be deducted from the amount you are entitled to be refunded. This is as a result of the commitment The Jamaica Pass would have made to other Pass card holders within the group your tour schedule would have been assigned . Your cancellation may affect the minimum quantity required for transportation to be provided per group.

  8. The card holder must date and sign the JP personally; otherwise, the Jamaica PASS will not be valid.

  9. Personal data required for purchases or enquiries, such as name, phone number, fax number or e-mail address, will only be used for the abovementioned purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.

  10. Each Pass is only valid for one visit per facility. Pass validity is based on calendar day (or subsequent calendar days). It is NOT based on 24 hours duration. A single day pass activated at 15:00 hrs will expire at 23:59 hrs the same day.

  11. All guests of the Jamaica Pass recognize and accept that they visit any facility voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. JP is not in any way responsible for the facility conditions or third party acts or commission at any facility. All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the attractions concerned.

  12. All our passes have a period of 90 days Validity after purchase so please ensure you purchase the card a Maximum 90 days before your trip. Upon activation (using it at first attraction) the card will expire within the prescribe period which also varies depending on the type of pass.

  13. We offer a 100% refund on each card sold once the cancellation is done within 14 days after purchasing the card and this 14 days must be 10 clear days of your scheduled tour date. Please note that the refund will only be granted if the card, along with all materials sent to you is returned to Jamaica Pass at :dummy address line 1                                                                                                                                             All costs for returning the Jamaica PASS must be borne by you. 

  14. The Money Back Guarantee is only valid if you purchased your Jamaica Pass on www.myislandpass.com. Refunds cannot be offered for the Jamaica Pass purchased anywhere else. 

  15. We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled tours, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Jamaica Pass will facilitate a rescheduling of an existing booking once an email notification is sent. Please note that the dates for alternative tours will be done based on the existing tour dates available on the Jamaica Pass calendar. A 33% of value of the pass cancellation/admin fee will be charged for this to be done.

  16. You must contact us by email at hello@myislandpass.com to confirm your cancellation, rescheduling and your intent to return the Jamaica PASS including all additional material (all of which need to be unused in order to claim)

  17. A notification will be sent to each card holder 2 weeks prior to the tour date this will act as final confirmation for the tour date if there are no changes to the Card holder’s status no response will be needed this is the final opportunity for the Jamaica Pass card holder to make any adjustments to their bookings as outlined above.

  18. To the extent permitted by law, JP disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of The Jamaica Pass, guide and benefits. All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other things in respect of the use of any benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator/Attractions.

  19. JP limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services. If there is any litigation, it is agreed that it will only be under the jurisdiction of the Jamaican court.

  20. All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Jamaica Pass or any related material is owned or licensed by JP.
